I'm Ben SD, a writer, maker of things, and occasional programmer living in Ohio, land of "dafuq?" I hold an MA in Professional Creative Writing, and tend to take the craft more seriously than the tone here might imply. I specialize in writing fiction, but I'm no stranger to essays, poetry, or anything else that's worth putting into words. When writing alone doesn't seem like enough, I know enough code to make a computer cooperate.

This website is the result of that particular intersection of interests. Everything here was designed and made by yours truly, using HTML, CSS, PHP, and other fancy acronyms. The site itself was built with the sophisticated development environments known as Notepad and Notepad++.
